Barbara and Billy I just Gerard of your dads passing. Just know I am so sorry. I know he was the strength in your family. My mom and dad so loved your mom and dad. They always thought your dad was the smartest ever. God Bless you and your families! Annette (Bunny) Wittneben Warmke, March 15, 2021 Thank you, Bill, for sharing your love of plants and flowers with me. I loved every bit of our comparing our veggies that were growing. We all will definitely miss the "man on the porch swing" in our close neighborhood. You will be sorely missed because you brightened so many people's day. Debra Tacker, December 8, 2020 Bill was a wonderful man. From the time he moved into the Villas on the Park, we walked together many times in our part of Fairview and got acquainted. We actively discussed many subjects and he had a lot to share. I will miss him. Leland Payne Leland Payne, December 2, 2020 Bill was a great guy, good neighbor and will be missed.
