After retiring from TI, Willie and Yvonne became software consultants and had the opportunity to travel and work in many parts of the country, including Alaska, Kansas, Missouri, Florida, Arkansas and Ohio. He was known for his exceptional ability with software and computers and served as the “PC Doctor” for many family members and friends. His many loving relatives, lifelong friends and miniature dachshunds, Gus and Woodrow, will dearly miss him. Willie had many, many friends from Wesley United Methodist Church in McKinney where he was a member. Willie successfully fought colon cancer in 2003, but was unable to survive the aggressive lung cancer, which was diagnosed in March of this year.
