Wayne L. Armand

Mr. Wayne L. Armand, age 76 of Allen, TX, passed away September 18, 2004 in Plano, TX. He was born on April 15, 1928 in York, Nebraska to George O. and Alice V. (Hedley) Armand. He married Margaret E. Rice on August 25, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan. He worked for Kendall Company as a salesman in the dairy industry. He was a veteran of World War II. Mr. Armand was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Allen. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Armand of Allen; sons and daughters-in-law, James L. and Lorena Armand of Grapevine, TX and Richard W. and Sandra Armand of Mesquite, TX; daughter-in-law, Katherine Armand of Aubrey, TX; five grandchildren, Cesar, Nicki, Matthew, Melissa, and Kelsey; and one great-grandson, Dawson. His son, Michael W. Armand, granddaughter, Meshell L. Armand; sister, Jane A. Yeske; and his parents precede him in death. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, September 22, 2004, at the First United Methodist Church, 601 S. Greenville in Allen. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church for the Nursery Fund, 601 S. Greenville, Allen, TX 75002.

Peggy, we will miss Wayne's smile and his friendliness to everyone at church. Our hearts go out to you and your family.
