My prayers are with Ray, Denise, Ambur and the rest of family. Thank you for allowing me to share in your moms life. She loved each of you so much. She was a true caregiver in her nursing and with family. I will cherish my last day with her she told me thank you for crossing in my path and taking good care of me. I have grown in my own life for having share her faith and love. Peace be with you all and memories fill your mind with joy. Trunie Nielsen, March 21, 2015 Aunt Von Dean was a very special person in my life - more than just an aunt, I remember her visiting us boys at Buckner's Home. Very loving and beautiful lady. Always had to visit when in town - she will be missed. Robert Ray Leath, March 20, 2015 VonDean was Dad's favorite nurse! I remember long ago when VonDean helped Dad open his first medical clinic. I can honestly say that VonDean was the one that I wanted to give me a shot over my Father. She knew a trick that made the shot "not hurt"! Dad didn't! Love you VonDean and miss you. I know that there are many who will miss your organizing the "Clinic Girls" lunches, too. Marc Vita, March 19, 2015 Such a lovely lady. Like many other Allen children of a certain age, I recd. many shots from "Barnes". And they hurt! Until one day she took me aside and told me what I could do to keep the shots from hurting so much. I fell in love with her that day. She was sweet, kind and had a very wicked sense of humor. How lucky we were to know her. Jill Enloe Dietz, March 19, 2015
