Violet Paisley Strange, a beloved resident of Prosper, Texas, passed away on May 11, 2026, at the tender age of 6. She was born on February 17, 2020, in Plano, Texas, to her loving parents, Ted Eulon Strange, III and Alicia (Bailey) Strange.
Violet was born with a rare genetic condition called MIRAGE Syndrome, and she spent the first 81 days of her life in the NICU. Due to her condition, she was often at Children’s Health where she made great friends with her Doctors, Specialists, and Nurses. Despite her medical complexity, she thrived in her kindergarten class at Cockrell Elementary, where she loved all her friends and teachers. When she was able, she would attend Special Friends at Prestonwood Baptist Church. She loved music and playing on her iPad, which she had mastered. She adored her big brother and little sister, who would play with her often. She was the strongest and bravest little girl. Because she was such a tough fighter, she inspired many and pointed them to the steadfast love of Jesus.
Violet is survived by her loving parents, Ted and Alicia Strange, brother, Walker Strange, and sister, Anaya Strange, all of Prosper, Texas; grandma “CC”, Carolyn Strange of Plano, Texas; grandma “BB”, Brenda Holmes (Don) also of Plano, Texas; aunt, Angela Feliciano (Josh) and sons Andrew and Caleb Feliciano of Princeton, Texas, and uncle, Bryan Bailey (Jenni) and son Caden Bailey of Frisco, Texas; and a large circle of extended family and friends who were blessed to know her and were touched by her sweet spirit.
Violet was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Ted Strange, II and Thomas Bailey, Jr.
