Victor Von Walker, Jr. was born on December 29, 1946 to the late Reverend Victor Von Walker Sr. and Mrs. Frances LaVern Walker in Brenham TX.  He adored his parents and valued their teachings of faith and family.  He shared many fond memories growing up in a home where God was first, followed by a love of family. Victor married Jana Johnson and together they shared over 30 years of love and friendship. He was a long time faithful and committed member of the Hopewell Baptist Church in Denison, TX for 39 years; where he was an ordained Deacon and served in numerous capacities including Brotherhood Leadership and the Finance/Building Fund Committee.

Victor was a man of integrity and strength – a gentle and caring soul who believed in doing what is right, being honest and respectful. He had a way of encouraging and uplifting others through teaching, storytelling and laughter.
