Vicky Renee (Cloer) Bunday passed away on December 11, 2024, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was 68 years old.
She was born on April 7, 1956, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Richard Clayton Cloer and Wanda Beatrice Cloer, Vicky graduated from McKinney High School in 1974. Throughout her life, Vicky’s devotion to her family was unwavering. She proudly opened and ran her own cleaning company, a testament to her strong work ethic and determination to support her children while being present for them every step of the way.
Vicky was a long-time member of the Waddill St. Baptist Church, where she contributed to the church’s choir, sharing her love of music and faith with all who heard her sing. Her love for country music was a defining part of her life, and she cherished the joy it brought her.
Her children were her world, and Vicky’s love for them knew no bounds. She was a devoted mother who provided warmth, guidance, and unconditional love throughout her life. Her legacy is one of strength, kindness, and a heart full of devotion to those she loved.
She is survived by daughter, Tiffany Carr and husband, Casey of Bells, Texas; daughter, Heather Whipkey and husband, Scott of McKinney, Texas; grandson, Jack Whipkey of McKinney, Texas; grandson, Cody Whipkey of McKinney, Texas; grandson, Kasen Carr of Bells, Texas; grandson, Korbyn Carr of Bells, Texas; sister, Karen Price and husband, Darrell of Princeton, Texas; twin sister, Shirley Cloer of McKinney, Texas; mother, Wanda Cloer of McKinney, Texas; nephew, Jason Price of Princeton, Texas; nephew, Brandon Price and wife, Christy of Tulare, California. And a host of other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Clayton Cloer; brother, Randy Cloer; sister-in-law, Linda Angus.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, December 19, 2024 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
