Tony H. Wilson, age 65, of Plano, Texas, passed away September 16, 2015. Tony was born November 1, 1949, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Delbert H. and Elma P. (Miller) Wilson. He married Janine Calosio in Dallas, Texas on November 17, 1978, and they were happily married for 30 years. Tony graduated from Hirschi High School in Wichita Falls in 1968. He later graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1972 with a bachelor degree in accounting. He was an athlete during his high school and college years. Tony enjoyed spending time with his family and loved his children and grandchildren dearly. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends at his usual hangouts. Tony loved playing golf, hunting, and was a big sports fan.
He is survived by his son, Derek Wilson and wife, Jacquelyn of Frisco, Texas; daughter, Vaune Wolters and husband, Ryan of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Luke Wolters, Vivien Wolters, and Peter Wolters; brothers, Benny Wilson and wife of Garland, Texas and Gary Wilson and wife of Richardson, Texas; and nieces, nephews, and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday evening at the funeral home.
