Tony Rodriquez, age 77, of McKinney, Texas, passed away September 1, 2010. Tony was born September 5, 1932, in Cuero, Texas, to Antonio and Eva (Cisneros) Rodriquez. He married Lilly Gomez, in Wharton, Texas on September 18, 1952. Tony was a member of St. Michael the Arch Angel Catholic Church, McKinney, Texas. He is survived by sons, Jessie Rodriquez of Blue Ridge, Texas, Martin Rodriquez, also of Blue Ridge, Antonio Rodriquez, Jr. of Bonham, Texas, and son, Daniel Rodriquez of Blue Ridge, Texas; daughters, Teresa Fuentes of Farmersville, Texas, Maggie Rodriquez also of Farmersville, Sylvia Ortiz of McKinney, Texas, Christinia Torres of Farmersville, Texas, and Elizabeth Rodriquez of McKinney, Texas; twenty-five grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; brothers, Fred Rodriquez of Red Oak, Texas and Albert Rodriquez of Lubbock, Texas; sisters, Patsy Rodriquez of San Marcos, Texas and Flora Rodriquez of Henderson, Texas. Tony was preceded in death by his wife, Lilly Gomez; son, Antonio Rodriquez, Jr.; brother, Mike Rodriquez; sisters, Emma Manciez, Mary Mendoza, and Gertrude Quea. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, September 4, 2010, at St. Michael the Arch Angel Catholic Church in McKinney, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience to pay their respects and to sign the register book on Friday. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Friday, beginning at 6:00 p.m., with rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
