IN LOVING MEMORY

Timothy Wilson Eisenhauer

Jun 14 1963 - Mar 06 2025

Timothy Wilson Eisenhauer, age 61, passed away March 6, 2025, in McKinney, Texas. He was born on June 14, 1963, in Putnam, Connecticut, to parents Wilson Everett Eisenhauer, Jr. and Lois Isabel (Johnson) Eisenhauer.

Tim loved growing up in Woodstock, Connecticut, often exploring the woods that surrounded his home - in particular, an old trail behind his grandfather’s home where he would find numerous treasures including bottles from over 100 years prior. Tim graduated from Woodstock Academy in 1982, and joined the Navy in 1983. That same year while undergoing training in Tennessee he welcomed his daughter Eve into the world. After training Tim was stationed at Oceana Naval Base in Virginia Beach, Virginia to serve as an Aviation Fire Control Technician attached to the USS John F. Kennedy.

While serving in the Navy, Tim met the love of his life, Patti Tolleson, at the bowling alley on Oceana on January 18, 1986. Meeting Patti added more children, Michelle and Andrew, to his family. Tim and Patti quickly fell in love and married on May 20, 1989, bringing their blended family together forever. Later in 1993 they completed their family with the birth of their child Loki.

During Tim’s military career, he went on two Mediterranean cruises where Tim fulfilled his dream of traveling to other countries like France, Turkey, Egypt, and several others. Tim loved using his high school French to speak with some of the people he met on his travels. He tried to learn other languages so he could speak with more people. Tim continued serving as enlisted until June 1989, at which time Tim became a Navy Reservist serving another 17 years attached to bases in Fort Worth, TX and Key West, FL. Tim retired from the Navy after a total of 23 years.

In 1996, Tim started his career with Texas Instruments, the Expressway site in Richardson, moving his family to Farmersville, Texas for 22 years before finally settling in Anna, Texas in 2018.

Tim loved taking his family on trips throughout the U.S. and even a trip to Niagara Falls, Canada. He passed on his love of travel to Patti and their 4 children. Tim loved museums and did his best to see and read every exhibit offered. Tim found great joy in talking about his travels and sharing his knowledge of history with his family. Tim would cook dinners from scratch for his family, especially during the holidays. He would spend days prior making desserts and preparing for holiday meals. Tim listened to classic rock as often as he could, whether cooking in the kitchen or working on one of his project cars. Tim took pride in being able to problem solve whether it was a car, computer or at his work. Tim was proudest of his family and the joy and excitement they brought to his life.

Tim found so much joy in life. To him it was an adventure filled with mysteries. He taught those he loved to explore, learn, be curious, and that whenever you are somewhere new, take a walk and see what you find.

Tim is survived by his wife, Patti Eisenhauer, of Anna, Texas; children, Michelle Tolleson, of Anna, Texas, Eve Eisenhauer (husband, John Pennington), of Plano, Texas and Loki Eisenhauer, of Anna, Texas; eight grandchildren, Timothy Tolleson, Aubrey Wolfe, Cayden Fields, Avery Tolleson, Aiden Tolleson, Skylar Tolleson, Orion Aquirre, and Davyn Aguirre; parents, Wilson and Lois Eisenhauer, of Hampton Beach, New Hampshire; brothers, Chris Eisenhauer, of Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, and David Eisenhauer (Cheryl), of Brunswick, Georgia; daughter-in-law, Sarah Tolleson, of Alabama; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and colleagues, who will miss him dearly and fondly cherish his memory.

Tim was preceded in death by his son, Andrew Tolleson, sister, Wendy Eisenhauer, grandfather, Wilson Eisenhauer, Sr., and grandmother, Hazel Johnson.
