IN LOVING MEMORY

Theelon Gage Ramsey

May 03 2019 - May 08 2020

Our brave little angel, Theelon Gage Ramsey, beloved infant son of Destany and Dillon Ramsey, of Dallas, Texas, went to be with our Lord on Friday, May 8, 2020. Theelon fought with a smile throughout his year and 5 days of life on earth; bringing joy and happiness to everyone he touched. He inspired many and showed everyone what a true fighter is.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, May 17th, 2020, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral home, officiated by Kenneth Harp. TJM is located on 701 North Cedar Street, Leonard, Texas 75452. The family will receive fellowship and visitation from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. before service and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. following the service.

In additon to Destany & Dillon, he is survived by his twin brother, Titus Gage Ramsey; Grandparents, Daniel & Kristeen Gage (maternal); Jim & Georgia Ramsey (paternal); Great-grandparents, Alline & Ron Schappell, William & Edna Wagner (maternal); Jim & Barbara Ramsey, Alton & Judy Miller (paternal); and several loving Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Medical City NICU in Dallas for all of their love, care, and dedication in Theelon's time in the NICU. Without them Theelon would not have gotten as far as he did.  They loved and cared for him as their own.

A very special thanks to nurses: Jennica Hagan, Ashleigh Powell,  Ashley McCracken, Amber Novak, Caitleen Boone, Kayci Barnett, Carly Ferguson, Sarah Holdman, Missy Loeffel, Sharon Summers, Lauren Hill, Keyvin Roach, Kate Young, Jordyn Holcomb, Hailey Nolte, Lovelle Posing, Heather Boyd, Heather Briggs, Michelle White, Julie Cristoph, Lindsay McWilliams, Raena Roach, Sherrie Clark, April Mijango, and Stephanie Jackson; to Doctors:  August, Zhang, Fituch, Heath, Crumbleholme, McGee, McCormick, and Boswell, Hari, Quevado and Knox; to NICU Pharmacist Annie Nguyen; to RTs Sean, Mike, Meagan, April, Julie, Chris, Charles, Jims and Jojy; to the PT/OT team Casey, Rachel, and Jacob; to the Nutritionist(s) Rebecca Gaffney and team. We are so thankful for EVERYTHING each of you did for Mr. Squishy, he loved each of you dearly and will watch over each of you.

We will have an additional celebration of life in the near future as an opportunity for donations to be made to Medical City of Dallas NICU in Theelon's name.

The family would like to thank everyone who has shared, followed and prayed for Theelon's amazing year. Both boys were miracles from God; a true testimony of God's love & grace.
