Terry Baxley of Princeton, Texas, who left this world peacefully on December 1, 2025 at the age of 63. She was born on May 20, 1962 to Bernie Thomas Carpenter and Barbara Ann (Parker) Carpenter in Morton, Mississippi. Terry was a proud graduate of Forest High School in Forest Mississippi and she carried the values of hard work and dedication throughout her life.

Terry shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband, the late Allan Dale Baxley, whom she married on May 3, 1985, in Farmer Branch, Texas. Together, they built a home and family filled with love where Terry’s passion for cooking and nurturing created countless memories.

Terry's dedication to her family was matched by her enthusiasm for her work in the construction industry, where she thrived as a contractor. Her colleagues and friends remember her as a hardworking and passionate individual who poured her heart into everything she did.

Terry will be remembered as a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy of kindness and resilience for those she held dear. May she rest in peace, forever in the hearts of those she loved.

Terry is survived by her sons, Chase McLemore and wife, Jennifer of McKinney, Texas and Justin Baxley and wife, Lucille of Princeton, Texas and David Baxley and wife, Staci of Moore, Oklahoma; grandchildren Emily McLemore, Jack Lewis, Ryan Baxley, Brantley Duke, Wesley Baxley, Brooke Baxley, Sheila Baxley and Skylar Baxley; mother, Barbara Carpenter; sister, Brenda Thompson and numerous other loving family members and friends.

Terry was preceded in death by her husband Allan Baxley and father, Bernie Carpenter.
