Terry Allen Battle

Mrs. Terry Allen Battle, age 57, of McKinney, Texas, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2006, in Anna, Texas. She was born on July 13, 1949 in Swansboro, North Carolina to Robert and Lola (Smith) Wright. Mrs. Battle worked as a sales specialist for Lowe's in the home décor department. Terry was a member of The First Christian Church of Mckinney. She is survived by her son, John Allen and his wife Sherri of Allen, Texas; daughters, Sandi Mason and her husband Gregg of McKinney, Texas and, Cheryl Beth Clark and her husband John Mark of Anna, Texas; step-daughter, Reneé Battle of New Jersey; grandchildren, Parker Mason, Caleb Clark, Joshua Clark, Brandi Boyd, Carrie Ross and, Joshua Welch; 8 great-grandchildren; mother-in-law, Roberta Allen of McKinney, Texas; and numerous other family and friends. Preceding her in death was her husband Jon C. Battle. Graveside Services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta, Oklahoma with John Mark Clark officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 - 9 PM Monday in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.

John, Sandy & Cheryl, I am just finding out about Terry. I am in North Carolina on business or I would have been there. I am so sorry to hear about Terry. I will always have many treasured memories of Terry. I loved her like she was my own mother. I know this is a difficult time and remember you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I love you all!
