Suzanne L. Meyerowitz, age 90, of Lewisville, Texas, passed away on June 6, 2026. She was born to Josephine (Knapp) and Victor Mombert in Hesse, France. On May 4, 1969, Suzanne married Morris I. Meyerowitz in Austin, Texas. Suzanne was a parishioner at Holy Cross Catholic Church in The Colony, Texas.

Suzanne was a very active woman into her late 80’s who loved yard work, gardening and cooking until illness and age took its toll.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved goofing around with her great grandchildren. She was always amazed at everything they did. She definitely was a very feisty little French woman and she will be missed.

Suzanne is survived by her children, Jimmy Rapier and his wife, Darla of Red Rock, Texas, Edward Rapier and his wife, Lillian of San Marcos, Texas, Martha Wasko and her husband, Ken of Lewisville, Texas, Loretta Metheny and her husband, Erin of Lampasas, Texas; her grandchildren, Krystal Rapier, Kevin Rapier and his wife, Jennifer, Robert Rapier and his wife, Veronica, Tiffany Cummons and her husband, Jason, Christopher Rapier, Victor Rapier and his wife, Estella, Kenneth Wasko and his wife, Jennifer, Sean Wasko and his wife, Stephanie, Robert Wasko and his wife, Nicole, Michelle Rosario and her husband, Royal, Daniel Metheny, Michael McCright and his wife, Megan, Jonathan McCright and his wife, Heather; her great-grandchildren, Jordan Rapier, Jayden Rapier, Edwin Garcia, Yesica Garcia, Raziel Rapier, Evie Rapier, Zephron Rapier, Matthew Broerman, Kasen McCright, Ainsley McCright, Alyssa McCright, Elise McCright, Aaron McCright, Conor Wasko, Parker Wasko, Dean Wasko, SJ Wasko, Zane Wasko, Jace Wasko, Kaden Wasko, Hunter Wasko, Aubrey Wasko, Ian Rosario, Bentley Rapier, Colton Rapier, and Santana Sanchez.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her husband, Morris I. Meyerowitz; her daughter, Linda McCright; and her parents, Josphine and Victor Mombert and her siblings from France, Andre Mombert, Theresa Weber, Antoinette Gerard.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 7000 Morning Star Drive, The Colony, Texas 75056, beginning at 11:00 AM. A Graveside Inurnment will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Memorial Hill Park in Austin, Texas.
