Sending prayers, sympathy and love to the Jenkins/Crouch family. Barbara Susie and I went thru school together in the MHS class of 1961. She was always so kind and always had such a beautiful smile. I did not know she had been ill. God bless all of you and I am glad you have so many wonderful memories of her. Mary Virginia Holcomb Dickerson, July 1, 2020 Rodney and Family.... Mary and Jim Lewis, June 23, 2020 Susie will always be remembered for her sweet kindness and generosity. She is the best example of a Christ-like woman, wife, mother, Grandmother and friend. I will miss her sweet smile and kind heart. I loved her. I respected her. I am glad she was my Sunday School teacher, client and friend. I will keep all of the family in my prayers. God bless you. I am sorry for your loss. Happy that Susie is in the arms of our Lord and Savior. No more sickness. No more pain or concern. Let’s look forward to joining her in Heaven. With love.
Shirley Parker, June 23, 2020 Jenkins Family- I am so sorry to find out about Susie's death and previous condition. It was my intention to be at the viewing today but forgot to check the time until a few minutes ago. Tijuana and I spoke on the phone and she let me know about Susie's health situation and all of the hard times that the family has had to live through for the last several years. My sister Helen lives in Florida and I was supposed to carry the family flag today for both of us. God bless you and help you get through this grieving process. John Madden, June 23, 2020 I knew Susie from her teaching days at Jane Long Elementary in Abilene. She was a great teacher and always had a sweet smile on her face. I also knew Susie and Rodney from First Baptist Church, Abilene. They were faithful members there. Susie was a blessing to many children and adults. Marylan Bacon, June 23, 2020 To Coach Jenkins, David, and Karen... I am so sorry about Susie. I have so many great memories of her and will be praying for all of you.

What a glad reunion that must have been! In many ways it seems like only yesterday our friendship that would span 73 years actually began. Tajuana, June 22, 2020 Such a sweet and loving lady. So sorry for your loss. Lisa and David Wenzel, June 22, 2020 Sweet Susie is now with our Lord and Father, Jesus Christ in Heaven....Hallelujah!!! Her beautiful smile and sweet spirit will be missed by so many people, but her love for her family and their love for her will always remain. I love you Susie and know that you will always have a special place in my heart, the mother of one of my dearest friends, you raised a beautiful daughter inside and out. Your legacy will continue with your family, as your example of love and loving the Lord continues, throughout the generations. Bless you! Lisa Martin, June 22, 2020 Jesus welcomed the most precious woman into heaven. She was truly a blessing to anyone she met. She touched my life with her smile, her laugh, her love of all sweet things (cookies, cakes, pies) and her quick quips. Her legacy lives on with Karen and her sons. She not only taught and touched so many kids throughout her years but she taught her family how to love and be a blessing to others. I’m so sorry for the family’s loss but I know they find comfort that she’s with Jesus right now, singing and laughing with Him. Proverbs 31:25 She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. Carol Shipley , June 22, 2020
