Summer Ronnette Baucum, age 38, of Celina, Texas, passed away on May 1, 2017. She was born July 18, 1978, in Houston, Texas, to Martin and Susan (Patton) Esparza.  Summer married Jared Whitney Baucum on December 29, 2001 in Ruston, Louisiana. 

She is survived by her husband, Jared Baucum of Celina, Texas; children, Jaxon Baucum and Jensie Baucum, also of Celina; father, Martin Esparza; mother, Susan Esparza; and grandmother, Barbara “Maw Maw” Patton.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Jenny Esparza and grandfather, Kermit “Paw Paw” Patton.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Friday, May 5, 2017, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen, Texas.  Interment will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Dallas-Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211.  The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

My deepest condolences I grew up with Summer and Jenny they were both close friends of mine. I'm am so very sorry to Ms. Susie. I can't even imagine.
