IN LOVING MEMORY

Steven Nicholas Giordano

Nov 30 1976 - May 25 2020

Steven Nicholas Giordano, aka “Geo”, of Dallas, Texas passed away on May 25, 2020 at the age of 43. Born in Lynchburg, Virginia on November 30, 1976, the son of Louis Giordano and the late Maywood Giordano, Steven was a 1995 graduate of Franklin High School in Franklin, Massachusetts. Shortly after he graduated from University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2001, he moved to Dallas, Texas where he called home for the past 17 years.

In addition to his father, Steven is survived by the mother of his children, Katie Giordano and their children, Rylan (8) and Ashtyn (5) of Richardson, Texas; brother, Bobby Giordano and wife, Judy Giordano of Missoula, Montana; sister, Julie Giordano of Bangkok, Thailand; sister, Laurie Toolin and husband, Brian Homsi of Franklin, Massachusetts; niece, Hailey Toolin and nephew, Brendan Toolin of Franklin Massachusetts and many aunts, cousins and friends.

In the short 43 years we had Steven in our lives, he made more people laugh and smile than most people do in an entire lifetime. He just had that way about him, you immediately fell in love with him the second you met him, and you wanted him to be a part of your life from that moment on. Steven has been described over and over by family and friends as the kindest, funniest person you will ever know and someone you always knew would be there for you. Steven loved being a dad and spending time with his children, watching football games, going on fishing trips or just simply hanging out with family and friends to create new memories.  He had a smile that would light up any room and a heart that would fill it.  There is no doubt that he and our mom are watching over us from heaven now…. And dancing the night away.

Due to the virus, a Celebration of Life is currently being planned for a later date in his hometown of Dallas, Texas.  More details to come shortly. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to an educational fund to support Rylan and Ashtyn’s college education. To donate, please click on the following link: Ashtyn and Rylan’s Educational Fund.
