Ms. Shirley Ann Witte, age 68, of Dallas, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior, October 14, 2006, in McKinney, Texas after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. She was born September 12, 1938, in Buffalo, New York to Lawrence Boniventure and Evelyn Claire “Evie” (Fritsch) Foley. She was of the Christian faith. She is survived by her daughter, Terry Rush of Prosper, Texas; sons, Michael Witte of Carrollton, Texas and Mark Witte of Woodland Hills, California; mother, Evie Carpenter of Allen, Texas; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Her son, Gregory Witte and father preceded her in death. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 18, 2006, at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas with Chaplain Don McWhinney officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
