Mrs. Sharon Sue Box passed away at the age of 78 in Blue Ridge, Texas on Sunday, November 26, 2023. She was born to Woodrow Wilson and Hazel (Kerley) Wilson on August 11, 1945, in McKinney, Texas.

Sharon and Noel got married on August 22, 1969, in Dallas, Texas.

Sharon loved spending time with her family and friends and was always cooking and organizing family gatherings. She cherished her time at their cabin in Oklahoma and riding her 4-wheeler in the mountains.

Sharon was an active member in Farmersville’s Community. She was named the President of Farmersville’s Rotary Club and was a past recipient of The Harry Cameron Award. She also owned and ran the Merle Norman Boutique that was in Farmersville.

Sharon is survived by her Husband Noel Box of Blue Ridge, TX, Daughter Cheryl King – Husband Scott of Wills Point, TX, Son Roger Box – Partner Phyllis Voyles of Marshall, TX, Grandchildren Kelby Box, Kason Box- Wife Caitlyn, and Emma King. She is also survived by her Great Grandson Gunner Box, Brother Dwight Wilson, and Her several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

She is preceded in death by her Parents Woodrow and Hazel Wilson.

A remembrance gathering will take place at a later date. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Arms of Hope .
