Sharon Lynn Leach of Anna, Texas passed away on December 21, 2025, at the age of 79.
She was born on October 30, 1946, in McKinney, Texas to her loving parents William Oscar Clark and Mary Lee (Warren) Clark. Sharon was raised in Anna, Texas and graduated from Anna High School.
In December of 1966, Sharon married Edward Leroy Leach. Together they had two sons, Adam and Alan Leach.
Sharon dedicated many years to her professional career. She worked for 25 years at Fisher Control. She later continued her career through 13 years of employment with the United States Postal Service when she finally retired. During her retirement she enjoyed sewing and knitting things for her family and working in her yard and garden. She altered many dresses and jeans for women and men in her family. Her family now holds a piece of her in every stitch of the blankets she crocheted. She had five cherished cats that were her constant companions and great source of joy.
Sharon is survived by son, Adam Leach and wife, Robbie of Gunter, Texas; son, Roy Alan Leach and wife, Christy of Whitewright, Texas; grandchildren, Shealynn Leach McConnell and husband, Preston McConnell, Cade Frasier Leach, Ryle Leach Mazerolle and husband Mason Mazerolle, Colin Andrew Leach, and Arran Connor Leach; great grandson, Kiesyn Kade McConnell of Gunter, Texas; sister, Evelyn Regina Nalls of Waxahachie, Texas; sister, Madalyn Lee Clark of Denison, Texas; cousins, Dolores Simmons and Toby Bridges; and host of extended family members and friends, who will miss her dearly and forever cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her parents William Oscar Clark and Mary Lee Clark, sister, Donna Kay Carter, and ex-husband, Leroy Leach.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
