Serafín Guerrero of Wylie, Texas, passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 57. He was born on March 26, 1967, in Cerritos, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, to Serafín Guerrero Saldaña and Candelaria Villaseñor.
Serafín was a proud graduate of Preparatoria de Cerritos, where he laid the foundation for a life of hard work and dedication. He later went on to pursue a career in fabrication, where he became known for his skill and craftsmanship.
Serafín was passionate about many things, with a liking for playing cards, traveling, and spending quality time with his family and friends. His laughter, storytelling, and generosity will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his wife Kari (Armstrong) Guerrero of Wylie, Texas; sons, Giovanni and Dorian Guerrero of Wylie, Texas; mother, Candelaria Villaseñor of San Luis Potosi, Mexico; brother, Luis Molina and wife, Maria of Dallas, Texas; brother, Pepe Molina; nephew, Luis Molina, Jr. of Dallas, Texas; nephew, David Molina of Dallas, Texas; niece, Sophie Molina of Dallas, Texas; niece, Mia Molina of Dallas, Texas; and a host of other loving family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Nathaniel Guerrero and father, Ascension “Don Chon” Molina.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. Interment will be held at Ridgeview Memorial Park following the service.
The Guerrero family will receive guests during a visitation on Tuesday morning at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
