Sau Ching Chang

Sau Ching Chang of McKinney, Texas, formerly of Houston, Texas, passed away on June 13, 2021 at the age of 90. She was born on October 18, 1930 to Han Sum Chang and Gui-E Wang in China. Sau was a foreman in a wig manufacturing company in Hong Kong. She married Jung Tsai Ho on January 17, 1947 in Ningbo Zhejiang, China. 

Sau is survived by her daughters, Margaret Tong of Phoenix, Arizona and Mandy Lu and husband, Kevin of McKinney, Texas; sons, Richard Ho of Hong Kong and Samuel Ho and wife, Esther of Spring, Texas; grandchildren, Winston Ho, Tracy Tong and Neal Cornell, Wesley Tong and wife, Jenni, Wilson Lu, Wescott Lu and Nathan Ho.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Han Sum Chang and Gui-E Wang; husband, Jung Tsai Ho and her sister, Su Ching Chang.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen, Texas. After the service, the recorded live stream will be available for viewing at the same link location.

Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park.
