Ruth Ann Pafford, age 76, of Plano, Texas, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021. She was born on February 18, 1945, in Weston, Texas, to Louise (Caruth) and Arlis Harlow. Ruth was a graduate of Celina High School and worked as an Administrative Assistant in the communications industry. She married the love of her life, Edward Lynn Pafford, on June 29, 1973, and they were blessed with two daughters. Ruth was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.
Ruth is survived by her daughters, Christy Bray and Jennifer Prettyman, both of Plano; her grandchildren, Benjamin Jinkins and his fiancé, Morgan, of Euless, Brittney Crews and her husband, Eric, of Princeton, and Madison Prettyman of Plano; her great-grandchildren, Elijah Crews, Richard Jinkins, Jayce Tomlinson, Eli Tomlinson, Ascher Tomlinson, and Cohen Crews; her sister, Arlis Jean Parrish of Celina; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward Pafford, her brother, Jess Glen Harlow, and her parents, Arlis and Louise Harlow.
A memorial service will be held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 109 S. Oklahoma St., Celina, Texas, on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., officiated by Brother Cliff Lester. Inurnment will follow at Cottage HIll Cemetery.
