Russell James Loftis, age 45, of Wylie, Texas, passed away April 18, 2018. Russell was born June 27, 1972, in Upland, California, to Phillip and Ann Loftis, Sr. He celebrated his union with Leslie Sanders on August 5, 1998, in Abilene, Texas. Russell was an IT Director at Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
He is survived by his wife, Leslie Loftis of Wylie, Texas; children, Taryn Myers and Taylor Loftis, both of Wylie, and Nathaniel Loftis of Abilene, Texas; parents, Phillip Loftis, Sr. and wife, Ann of Fontana, California; brother, Phillip Loftis, Jr., and wife, Crystal of California; and sisters, Bonnie Wilson of Texas and Deborah Savrnoch of Oregon.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
