Rush Dean Colley, age 74, of LaFeria, Texas passed away September 21, 2007. He was born October 9, 1932 in Mundelein, Illinois to Ralph J. and Ruth Lucile Fawks Colley. Mr. Colley proudly served in the United States Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He is survived by nine children, Nancy Vrska and her husband, Michael of McKinney, TX, Mark Colley and his wife, Rebecca of Sandy, Utah, Renee Tornello and her husband, Steve of Jacksonville, Florida, Karl Colley and his wife, Carol of Chesterton, Indiana, Sonya Neisess and her husband, Joseph of Libby, Montana, Denise Lange of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Dean Lange and his wife, Julie of Lake Jackson, Texas, Joseph Colley and his wife, Maggie of Durango, Colorado, David Colley and his wife, Dawn of Brownsburg, Indiana; thirty grandchildren; fifteen great- grandchildren; brother, Ralph L. Colley and his wife, Joyce of Brownsburg, Indiana; sister, Doris Haas and her husband, Don of LaFeria, Texas and Arline Colley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Fant Colley; parents, Ralph J. and Ruth Lucile Colley and his brother, Ronald Colley. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 1, 2007 at The Church of Jesus Christ of LDS in Valparaiso, Indiana. Interment will follow at Augsburg Lutheran Cemetery, Porter Indiana. The family will receive friends during a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of LDS prior to the service.
