Ruby Jean Harris, age 82, of Richardson, Texas, passed away September 12, 2009, in Plano, Texas. Ruby was born November 12, 1926, in Allen, Texas, to James Wesley and Ettie Gertrude (Holley) Royall. She married Jack Harris in 1949 in Texas. Ruby was a member of First Baptist Church of Richardson. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Crabtree and her husband, Michael of Plano, Texas; son, Gary Harris and his wife, Cyndy of Melissa, Texas; grandsons, Bryan Harris of Melissa, Texas and Jeff Harris and his wife, Roxanne of Midwest City, Oklahoma; granddaughters, Heather Crabtree, Holly Crabtree, and Haley Crabtree, all of Plano, Texas; great-grandson, Riley Harris; sister, Betty Wright and her husband, Wilbur of Richardson, Texas; and a host of other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jack Harris. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, September 14, 2009, at Williams Cemetery in McKinney, Texas with Dr. Danny Buster officiating. The family will receive friends during a visitation beginning at 6:00 P.M., Sunday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
