Mrs. Ruah Milton, age 102, formerly of McKinney, Texas passed away October 10, 2006, in DeSoto, Texas. She was born February 20, 1904, in Waco, Texas. She married the late Rev. Whitmon Scye Milton in 1936. Mrs. Milton was a past member of King Memorial Baptist Church in McKinney, where her husband was the pastor and she served as the music director. Mrs. Milton will be remembered as a dedicated pastor's wife and faithful servant to the Lord. She is survived by her daughter, Zoe Yarborough and husband, John of Duncanville, Texas; grandchildren, Sandy and David Baker of California; great grandchildren, Matthew and Timothy Thompson both of Duncanville and Samuel Thompson of California. She was preceded in death by her husband and son, Clarence Milton. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 12, 2006, at Pecan Grove Cemetery in McKinney with Rev. Danny Buster officiating.
