Roy Lee Radke, 80 passed October 27, 2020 at home with his family by his side.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Brenda Radke, his daughter Keitha Kuester and her husband Chad Kuester, two grandchildren Cameron and Ella Kuester. His sister, Vera Nell Semff, brother in laws: David Hallmark and wife Brenda, Larry Hallmark and wife Linda, Billy Hallmark, wife Joyce, and Thomas Hallmark. Two special Aunts: Esther Vess and Edna Roberts. Along with numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Born in Bynum, Texas, the son of Edgar and Lillie, he was a lifelong resident of Plano.

In his early years, Roy enjoyed fishing and sports. After graduating from high school, he attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Following that Roy spent two years in the Army serving time in Korea until his honorable discharge in 1965. He met his wife Brenda Hallmark at Texas Instruments in Dallas and they were married on January 20, 1967.

Roy enjoyed buying and restoring American antiques, time with friends, cooking, music, and sports. His greatest love was for his family and spending time with his two beloved grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all that knew him.

A celebration of Roy’s life will be held November 30, at 1:00 at Chase Oaks Church in Plano.
