Rosie Marie Turner, age 76, of Princeton, Texas, passed away June 29, 2016. Rosie was born July 22, 1939, in Canton, Texas, to John Walton and Modenar (Wolverton) Guinn. She was a loving, caring, very independent and strong-willed fighter to the end. Rosie raised her children well.
She is survived by her children, Peggy Garrett and husband, Donald of Princeton, Texas, Barbara Atchison and husband, Bruce of Dallas, Texas, and Nathan Turner, also of Princeton; grandchildren, Jency, Vanessa, Kayce, B.J., Stacy, Brandon, Chelsea, Tiffany, and Cody; great-grandchildren, Nikki, Billy James, Hayley Jo, Shalyn, Parker, Alexi, Aidan, Scarlett, Landin, Aubrie, and Braylen; great-great-grandchild, Avery; brothers, Mafes Guinn of Mesquite, Texas and Allen Guinn of Turtleton, Oklahoma; sister, Nora Mae Turner of Mabank, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Elzie Guinn, J.B. Guinn, and J. C. Guinn, and sisters, Francis Guinn, Julie Jones, and Lois Dickerson.
