Rose Marie Campbell, age 78, of Allen, Texas, passed away December 10, 2009, in Allen. Rose was born October 6, 1931, in Lorman, Mississippi, to Percy Edward and Ada (Jackson) Bobo. She married Theodore Wallace Bond in 1946 who preceded her in death in 1972. Rose later married Carl Campbell in 1976 and he preceded her in death in 2003. Rose grew up in Mississippi. She worked as a beautician for several years. Rose later worked at Olan Mills as a manager. Later, she owned and operated a tavern in Houston for a number of years. She was a homemaker and was of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her son, Bruce Bond, Sr. and wife, Brenda of Allen, Texas; grandchildren, Bruce Bond, Jr. and Vicki, Andrew Bond, and Alec Bond; great-grandchildren, Sierra Bond and Ziggler Bond; brothers, Cecil Dillon and Lavern Dillon; and sister, Dorothy Dillon Jaeger. She was preceded in death by her parents and both husbands. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 12, 2009, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas with Rev.
