Ronald Lee Branch, age 87 of Blue Ridge, Texas passed away on March 24, 2022. He was born December 3, 1934 in Blue Ridge, Texas. He married Lois Bertrand Tackett on August 29, 1958 at Nobility Baptist Church. They were married for 60 years at the time of her passing in 2018.
He was of the Baptist Faith; a member and deacon of The First Baptist Church of Blue Ridge. He served his church and his community in many different capacities throughout his lifetime. He worked for Frymire Engineering in Dallas.
Ronald is survived by; 2 sons, Gary Branch and Michael Branch, daughter, Patricia Chappell, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by wife; Lois and son; Robert Alan Branch.
Visitation will be on Saturday, March 26, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hurst’s Fielder Baker Funeral Home, Farmersville, Texas. The funeral service will be on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist church, Blue Ridge, Texas. Rev. Shawn Bailey and Vernon Burgess will officiate. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Cemetery.
