Ronald Paul Stenlake, age 67, of Plano, Texas, passed away May 17, 2008 at home. Ronald was born March 18, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York to Harold and Mae Rose (Flory) Stenlake. He graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania and later graduated from The University of Virginia Law School. While at The University of Virginia, Ronald was a member of Phi Delta Phi. Ronald retired from RCL, Inc. where he was a business manager in 2001; he was also a former sportscaster and a former peace corp volunteer. He was an active member of the Rotary Club in Allen, Texas where he received the Paul Harris Award. He is survived by his brother Rodney Lee Stenlake and sister-in-law Andria Riina of Wilton, Connecticut, sister-in-law Charlotte (DeGroff) Stenlake of Somers, Connecticut, three nieces and nephew and three grand-nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Mae Rose Stenlake and brother, Robert LeVan Stenlake. Ronald’s remains will be interred in the Flory family plot at Laurelwood Cemetery in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
