He was born January 24, 1946, in Amarillo, TX, to Ronald Eugene and Theda (Sibley) Williams, and is the grandson to Reverend W. S. Sibley, a Southern Baptist preacher in Amarillo, TX where he learned about the importance of having Jesus Christ in one’s life. He truly loved the Lord and had a deep reverence for the Holy Spirit as he grew in his faith.

Ronnie continued his education at West Texas State University, where he earned a degree in Business.

He loved people and made instant friendships wherever he went.  He had a genuine and infectious smile that would draw others to him immediately.

His success as a self employed manufacturers rep with his own rep agency, Williams Goodier Company in the paint sundries, hardware and electrical business was due to his hard work and always having his word be his bond.
