Roger Hornbeck

Roger Hornbeck of Flower Mound, Texas passed away on April 2, 2019 at the age of 54.  He was born on August 30, 1964 in Rockwall, Texas.  Roger was a 1982 graduate of McKinney High School.  He was an entrepreneur, starting two companies and subsequently selling them.  Roger was the District Manager for EcoLab in Fort Worth, Texas. On September 30, 2017, he married Christine Farley in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Roger was a strong man of faith.  He loved coaching baseball for over 15 years and was a positive role model and mentor to his family, friends, and the kids he coached.  Roger never met a stranger; he made the world a better place.

Roger is survived by his wife, Christine Hornbeck of Flower Mound, Texas; children, Lauren Hornbeck of McKinney, Texas, Preston Hornbeck of McKinney, Texas, Hannah Hornbeck of Redding, California, Brock Plemel of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Ian Farley of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Alec Farley of Chicago, Illinois; grandchild, Mikah Hornbeck; mother, Anna Hornbeck of McKinney, Texas; brother, Travis Hornbeck of McKinney, Texas; sister, Lisa Hornbeck of Indianapolis, Indiana; and numerous other loving family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Lighthouse Church in Prosper, Texas with Pastor Kenny Thacker officiating.
