IN LOVING MEMORY

Robin Isaacs Kennedy

Nov 04 1959 - Mar 25 2022

Robin Isaacs Kennedy passed away March 25, 2022 at the age of 62. She was born to Melvin and Marilyn Isaacs on November 4, 1959. Robin grew up in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Hillcrest High School. She attended North Texas State University, where she was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority. After college she worked with her father at New York Life.  Afterwards, she found her passion and began a life-long career in healthcare, billing, and insurance for medical practices.

Robin was a kind, loving, and witty person, who could respond quickly with humor and wit. She had many health challenges during her adult life, because of her diabetes. Robin loved Texas and loved the Texas Rangers. She volunteered many summers and worked at the Rangers ballpark where she met many new friends, that she kept in touch with throughout her entire life. Robin met her future husband Duane Kennedy approximately 15 years ago and she moved to Springfield, Missouri where they were married and began their lives together. She and her husband loved playing the roles of Santa and Mrs. Claus each Christmas and delivering gifts to all the children who were spending Christmas at the local hospitals. Robin also had a love for Bears and Build-a-Bears, she had a huge collection that occupied a room of her home. Her dogs were her best friends. She made sure that Lucky and Lincoln would be well taken care of after she was gone. Robin's laughter, positive outlook on life, and kindness was a gift that made everyone always feel welcome. Robin will be missed by many!

Robin is survived by her brother, Gary Isaacs and wife, Barbara of Fairview, Texas; sister, Lori Goodman of Dallas, Texas; sister, Jodi Boyce of Gunter, Texas; niece, Isabelle Isaacs of Fairview, Texas; fur babies, Lucky and Lincoln, and several other nieces and nephews.
