Robin was born the youngest of 9 children. She was a daddy’s girl and her father’s favorite passenger they drove around the back roads a lot.
Robin was a Wylie High School Alumni and received many FFA awards through school. After High School, Robin attended Collin County Community College, Paris Junior College, and Remington, and Graduated with a 3.97 GPA and earned her associate degree in applied science. Robin had a calling in life as a care giver and worked many years in health care as an RN.
Robin was a wonderful mother, sister, and friend and when her grandchildren came along, she was always finding a way to spoil them somehow. She loved to make collages of photos to keep our loved one’s memories Alive, making funny videos and listening to music. She liked to tell stories and she loved cars. She always talked about her S10 truck, about how it had a stereo system so loud you could hear her from a mile away. She really enjoyed the company of her pets. She was very proud of her family and would tell anyone who would listen about them. She wanted to make people laugh and would always tell jokes to lighten up the mood. She left us lots of memories and will forever be missed.
Robin is survived by her Daughters Shalena Lara, and Raven Lara. As well as her Grandchildren Ramsess, Yariel, Shalena Jr “Mikla”, Rosalino and Her dog Bodie.
She is preceded in death by Her parents Billy Wayne and Patricia Lee Crawford, Her Angel Baby Martin, Angel Grand Babies Hope and Halo, Sister Kimberly, and Brother Timothy.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, from 6-8:00PM at Hurst’s Fielder-Baker Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will take place at Hurst’s Fielder-Baker Funeral Home on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 3:00PM. The interment will be held at IOOF Cemetery in Farmersville, Texas.
