Robert Brian Wynne of Plano, Texas, passed away February 22, 2019, at the age of 59 after a prolonged battle against cancer. He was born February 17, 1960, to Ellis Wynne and Maria Wynne in Kirvin, Texas. After graduating from Wortham High School, Robert moved to Plano and began working in the computer industry. Robert married the love of his life Karyn Joan Ader on September 25, 1993, in Plano, Texas. He developed many deep friendships through his dedicated years working with the same team, now known as NTT Data. Robert loved to spend his spare time playing cards, dominos, traveling with family and friends, and relaxing weekends at the lake house. He was a devoted husband and father and an avid animal lover. Everyone who knew him adored his kind blue eyes, his contagious smile, and admired his strength and positive attitude throughout this journey. Robert will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his spouse, Karyn Wynne of Plano, Texas; daughter, Carolyn Marie King and husband, Baylee Joseph of Fayetteville, Arkansas; son, Brandon Robert Wynne of Plano, Texas; brothers, Michael Wynne and wife, Betsy Carter of Kirvin, Texas and Mark Ellis Wynne of Cedar Hill, Texas; mother, Maria Wynne of Cedar Hill, Texas; other family member, Gayle Humpa also of Cedar Hill, Texas; sister-in-law, Lauren Davenport and husband Mays of Prosper, Texas; in-laws, Joan and Allen Ader of Plano, Texas; brother-in-law, Steve Ader of Plano, Texas; nephews, Brian Ader, Pearson Davenport, Logan Davenport, Lucas Davenport, Garrett Wynne, and Michael Wynne; and nieces, Katie Barlow, Kate Wynne, Danielle Wynne, Aubrey Davenport, and Gigit Tyler.
Robert was preceded in death by his father, Ellis Wynne.
A funeral service will be held for all who knew and loved Robert at 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 25, 2019 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday evening from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Kirvin, Texas.
