IN LOVING MEMORY

Robert Dale "Bob" Cooper

Mar 27 1965 - Dec 22 2023

Robert Dale “Bob” Cooper, age 58, of Frisco, Texas, passed away suddenly on December 22, 2023. Bob was born March 27, 1965, in Inglewood, California, to Bobby Ray and Constance Agnes (Esposito) Cooper. He married Nicole Rodgers on December 18, 2021, in Frisco. Bob was employed at Pindrop as a Customer Success Manager. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and was a faithful Sooners fan.

He is survived by his wife, Nicole Rodgers of Frisco, Texas; and brother Stephen Cooper of Torrance, California.

Bob enjoyed giving nicknames to his friends and family. “Smoke” (as he nick-named himself) or “Coop” could never keep his feet in one place for very long. He experienced an adventurous life both at home and abroad which he lovingly shared with Nicole “Puddin’ Pop”. His passions through the years were playing baseball, flying planes, scuba diving, going to sporting events, traveling to new places, visiting friends and family, enjoying a Bud Light at Hooters and going to dive bars to collect t-shirts. If there was a city to travel to, you could bet Smoke had a buddy and a story from there. His quiet demeanor, shenanigator personality and “thought farts were funny” sense of humor will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A graveside service will be held at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, 7800 Sanctuary Drive, Frisco, Texas, at 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 5, 2023, followed by a Celebration of Life at II Brothers Grill & Bar, 8308 Preston Road, Suite 198, Plano, Texas. All are welcome. If you’d prefer to make a charitable donation in lieu of flowers, please consider The Turtle Hospital in Marathon, FL: https://www.turtlehospital.org/how-you-can-help/
