Robert Leroy Mattoon, Jr., age 70, of Plano, Texas, passed away January 13, 2010, in Plano. Bob was born December 14, 1939, in Honeoye Falls, New York, to Robert Leroy, Sr. and Mildred (Schulman) Mattoon. He married Emma Boldt on October 21, 1961, in Honeoye Falls, New York. Bob was a quality control engineer. He proudly served in the United States Air Force. He loved cooking almost as much as his children. He is survived by his son, Bob Mattoon of Plano, Texas; daughters, Michelle Mattoon of Plano, Texas, Melissa Castleberry and husband, Brent of Euless, Texas, and Melanie Mattoon, also of Plano, Texas; three grandchildren, Lauren Tussy of Houston, Texas, Riley and Emma Castleberry; brother, Gary Mattoon of Rochester, New York; and sister, Louise Faro of Prattsburg, New York. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma B. Mattoon in 2007.
