Mrs. Rita Beaver, age 71, of McKinney, Texas passed away January 30, 2006, in McKinney. She was born November 19, 1934, in McKinney to Raymond and Florine (Reneau) Craft. She was a telephone operator for Southwester Bell with over 25 years of service. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Melissa. She is survived by her son, Doug Graves and wife, Stacey and granddaughter, Christi Warlick all of McKinney; brothers, Raymond Craft, Jr. of Dallas, Texas and Eddie Craft of McKinney; stepchildren, Glenn Beaver of Henderson, Texas, Denise Sharp of Sanger, Texas, Star Miner of Conroe, Texas, Diane Worden and Vicki Amanp both of Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Ben Graves and second husband, Ernest Beaver. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2006, at Melissa Cemetery, Melissa, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
