Mr. R. T. O’Dell, Jr., age 67 of Celina, Texas, passed away October 31, 2004 in Nocona, Texas. He was born August 23, 1937 in Denton County, Texas to Richard Thomas O’Dell and Clodie (Press) O’Dell. He married Kathryn Stone on December 26, 1960 in Gunter, Texas. He was of Baptist faith and served his country in the United States Army. Mr. O’Dell was a Clerk for the United States Post Office. He is survived by his wife, Kathy of Celina, Texas; Daughters, Sherri Turner of Dallas, Texas, Terri Daly & husband Darrin of Hastings, Nebraska, Kristi Cramer & husband Kevin of Frisco, Texas, and Kim O’Dell of Nocona, Texas; Garrett, Heather and Kaylee Reimers, Dylan & Devin Daly, Katie Beth Cramer, and Payton Thomas Morales; Sisters, Sarah Lawson of McKinney, Texas and Hilda Yeldell of Mexia, Texas; brother, William O’Dell of Celina, Texas, and many family members and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jacob O’Dell Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM. Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at Bethel Baptist Church in Celina, Texas with Reverend Cliff Lester and Pastor Bob Layman officiating. Interment will follow at Cottage Hill Cemetery in Celina, Texas. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Monday, November 01, 2004 at Bethel Baptist Church in Celina, Texas.
