Ms. Reba Joyce Bain, age 66, of Frisco, Texas passed away March 17, 2007, in Plano, Texas after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Reba was a retiree of the Boeing Company and was more recently employed as a human resources assistant for First National Bank Texas. Reba was born August 1, 1940, in Marshall, Texas to J.B. and Hazel (Maxwell) Meeler. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Sutherland and her husband, Todd, of Frisco; and grandchildren, Lauren, Emma and Leyton; as well as the love of friends and extended family. She will be remembered for her hardworking and dedicated nature, strong spirit, and her unyielding devotion and love for her grandchildren. Reba was preceded in death by her parents, Hazel and J.B.; and brothers, James and Bill. Reba will be laid to rest at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 22, 2007, at Ridgeview Memorial Park. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 5801 W. Plano Parkway in Plano, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org in her honor.
