Raven A'sahel Fecunda

September 27, 1992 - June 6, 2015

Raven A’sahel Fecunda, age 22, of Arlington, Texas, passed away on June 6, 2015. She was born on September 27, 1992 in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Franklin and Paulette (Huewitt) Fecunda. Raven was an honor roll student, at Dallas Baptist University, where she was pursuing her degree in Psychology. Raven was very active in numerous ministries at The Potter’s House, and Bill Gates Community Outreach. She started her own foundation called Raven A. Fecunda Sunflowers of Destiny. Raven was strong, kind, compassionate and loving.

She is survived by her parents, Franklin and Paulette Fecunda of Arlington, Texas; siblings, Remington Fecunda and Ryan Fecunda of Arlington, Texas, Jakare Fecunda and Jabriel Hall of Shreveport, Louisiana; grandparents, Esther P. Kirby and Richard Williams.

Raven is preceded in death by, brother, Donovan Sebastian Fecunda; grandparents, Frank Fecunda, Patricia Huewitt and Samuel Huewitt.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 15, 2015 at The Potter’s House, 6777 Kiest Blvd., Dallas, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Sunday afternoon at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
