Ralph John Guarino

Ralph John Guarino of Carrollton, Texas passed away on May 3, 2021 at the age of 74. He was born on October 17, 1946 to Pasquale R. and Jeanette (Agati) Guarino in Boston, Massachusetts.  Ralph grew up in Boston, Massachusetts where he attended school and earned a bachelor’s degree at Bentley College.  He went on to earn his master’s degree from Northwestern University.  Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Army.  Ralph worked for CARSPA as president and previously as president of Papa Gino’s in the Boston area.  He married Jane Carol Cox on October 17, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  His hobbies included his love for cars and mentoring young people.

He is survived by his wife, Jane Guarino of Carrollton, Texas; children, Amanda Guarino of Boston, Massachusetts, James Christopher Faubion and wife, Jessica of McKinney, Texas and Shelby Scott Faubion and wife, Kay of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; grandchildren, Logan Taylor Guarino, Giovanna Taylor Guarino, Jacob Christopher Faubion, Gabriel Michael Faubion, Cierra Jane Faubion, and Elise Vianzon Faubion; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Laura A. Guarino.

A “come and go” visitation will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Only a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home facility at any one time to maintain social distancing.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, May 8, 2021, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas. The service will also be live streamed at TJMfuneral.com on Ralph’s obituary page by clicking on the following link: https://celebrationoflife.tv/blog/ralph-john-guarino. After the service, the recorded live stream will be available for viewing at the same link location.  Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.
