Kathy Stroman, May 4, 2021 Ralph was the kindest next-door neighbor I believe I’ve ever had. Right before the ice storm he bought a cover for my outdoor spigot so that it wouldn’t freeze up. When I drove up the driveway and saw it, I knew immediately who would’ve done something that nice for me. I will miss his wave and smile more than I can imagine.
