Preston was an extremely kind and gentle man.  He cherished his time with his three grand-children whether it was the recurring Granddad/Grandson-only lunches with Connor, cheering on Hayden in baseball, or cheering on Abigail in soccer.

He enjoyed fishing, especially with his good friend, Dayton.  He also enjoyed following the Cowboys, Mavericks and Rangers even though they frustrated him immensely at times.

He will be fondly remembered as a great little league baseball coach by the many players he coached and formed lasting relationships with.

His sons will remember him as a great man who would sacrifice anything to make their lives better.  Most of all, Preston loved every minute of spending life's journey with the love of his life and wife of over 60 years, Betty.
