Peggy Elaine Davis

Peggy Elaine Davis, age 93, of Little Elm, Texas, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021.  She was born on January 20, 1928, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Elizabeth Camilla (Nielsen) and Edwin Lloyd.  Peggy worked as an accountant with small businesses.  She married the love of her life, Del Edson Davis, on June 24, 1949, in Bellevue, Washington.  Peggy was sealed for time and eternity at the Logan Temple to Del Edson Davis on December 27, 1951, in Logan, Utah, and they were blessed with six children.  Peggy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all those who knew her. 

Peggy is survived by her children, Curtis Davis of Little Elm, Michael Davis and his wife, Tarri, of Brookwood, Alabama, Douglas Davis of Little Elm, Kevin Davis of Sherman, and Maureen Moore and her husband, Eugene, of McKinney; her grandchildren, Christopher Davis and his wife, Alisha, Anthony Davis and his wife, Jennifer, Nicholas Davis and his wife, Lori, Ryan Davis and his wife, Summer, Michael Davis II and his wife, Jinney, Gnickie King and her husband, Josh, Stephen Davis and his wife, Megan, Melissa Lucas and her husband, Jonathan, Austin Davis and his wife, Megan, Sean Moore, Lauren Reams and her husband, Blaine, Gabrielle Moore, Heath Moore; as well as several nieces and nephews; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Davis, Boston Davis, Dakota Davis, Taylor Davis, Afton Davis, Abigail King, Hayley King, Annebelle Davis, Nathaniel Davis, Paisley Davis, Easton King, Sawyer Davis, Harper Davis, Austin Davis, Aerilyn Davis, Graham Reams, Holland Davis, Camilla King, William Davis,Caroline Davis, Savannah Davis, James Davis, Aubree Reams, Corsten Lucas, Jack Davis, Noel Davis. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Del Davis; her sisters, Maureen Stephens and Betty Busch; her brother, Robert Lloyd; and her parents; and her daughter, Baby Girl Davis; and her granddaughter, Crystal Davis; and her great grandson Joren Davis.

Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1020 N. Lake Forest Drive, McKinney, Texas, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., officiated by Bishop Paul Taylor. A Funeral Service will follow beginnning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, 7800 Sanctuary Drive, Frisco, Texas.
