Mrs. Pauline Louise Greene Wingate, age 81, formerly of Plano, Texas, passed away July 5, 2006, in Denton, Texas. She was born August 7, 1924, in Winsted, Connecticut, to Joseph Frederick and Blanche Ella (Cadoret) Blanchette. On August 7, 1999, she married George Ernest Wingate in Plano, Texas. Mrs. Wingate served in the U. S. Navy. She was an Administrative Assistant in banking and of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her son, Alan Greene and wife, Carolyn of The Woodlands, Texas; daughter, Karen Echols and husband, Mark of Coppell, Texas; grandchildren, Kaite Wallace and husband, Lee of San Marcos, Texas, Jordan Greene of Greenville, Texas, and Samantha and Colin Echols both of Coppell, Texas. Her husband, George Wingate, preceded her in death. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, July 7, 2006, at DFW National Cemetery.
