Paul Reagan Wyatt, age 67, of Trenton, Texas, passed away August 22, 2015. He was born on March 5, 1948 in Gainesville, Texas, to Terence Emerson and Doris (Bomar) Wyatt. On June 9, 1967, Paul married Donetta Carroll at the Waddill Street Baptist Church, in McKinney, Texas. He was a 1966 McKinney High School graduate. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He owned Wyatt’s Care Car Center in McKinney. For the last 15 years he was a salesman for Gemini Coating in El Reno, Oklahoma; Paul was a licensed minister and shared the love of Jesus Christ to everyone he met.
He is survived by his wife, Donetta Wyatt of Trenton; son, Lennie Wyatt and wife Chaise of Westminster, Texas; daughter, Laura Douglass and husband Damon of McKinney; grandchildren, Johnny Wyatt, David Wyatt, Hayley Wyatt, Sarah Wright, Maddie Gillis, Jaci Wyatt and Jancy Wyatt; great-grandchildren, Rayley, Maci, Brantley, Bryson and Travis; brothers, Keith Wyatt of Nocona, Texas, Kent Wyatt of Celina, Texas, Phil Wyatt of Van Alstyne, Texas; and sister, Mary Delancy of Murfreesboro, Arkansas.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends during a visitation beginning at 7:00 pm, Monday evening at the funeral home.
