Paul Edward Pepmiller

Mr. Paul Edward Pepmiller of Garland, Texas went home to be with his Lord on October 7, 2004, after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was born November 5 in Ester, Missouri to Mr. and Mrs. Carl E. Pepmiller. He graduated Valedictorian of his high school in Thayer, Missouri. He graduated from Missouri School of Mines in electrical engineering. He worked for Collins-Alcatel in Richardson, TX. During his employment, he developed three inventions that were patented. On May 18, 1957, he married Hila Begert in Canyon, Texas. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a deacon and a choir member. He is survived by his wife, Hila Pepmiller; son, Paul Bradley Pepmiller of San Diego, California; daughters, Rhonda Weise and husband, William Weise M.D. of McKinney, Texas and Diana Miller and husband, Mark Miller Ph.D. of Richardson, Texas; grandchildren, Will, Hannah and Sarah Weise and Amanda, Andrew and Alyssa Miller; and sister, Martha MCCann and husband, Jim of St. Louis, Missouri. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 PM, Saturday, October 9, 2004, at First Baptist Church of Richardson, Dr. Mark Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
