Patricia Sue Robinson

November 11, 1934 - October 16, 2020

Patricia Sue Robinson of Wylie, Texas passed away on October 16, 2020 at the age of 85. She was born on November 11, 1934 to Harold and Marilou Bye in Princeton, Indiana.  Patricia enjoyed quilting, crocheting, puzzles, painting, and arts and crafts.  She passed away surrounded by her loving family who cherish her deeply.

She is survived by her sons, Donald Duane Robinson and wife, Patricia of Wylie, Texas, Johnny Doyle Robinson and wife, Rhonda of Rowlett, Texas, and Ronald Dee Robinson and wife, Cindy of Wylie, Texas; daughters, Alissa Lynn Gilliam of Columbia, Tennessee, Kathy Diane Robinson of Palmer, Texas, and Rita Ann Rome and husband, Mark of Grapevine, Texas; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; sisters, Trudi Rayburn of Wickenburg, Washington and Vicki Bye Lewis of Mt. Cammel, Illinois; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Marilou; husband, Donald Joe Robinson; sister, Bertha Myers; and granddaughter, Amber Robinson.

A “come and go” visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Only a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home facility at any one time to maintain social distancing.

In support of our local, state, and federal govt including CDC directives and to protect the physical health, safety and well-being of our community, only a limited number of guests will be allowed to attend the Funeral Service.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas. The service will also be live streamed at TJMfuneral.com on Patricia’s obituary page by clicking on the following link: Celebrationoflife.tv. After the service, the recorded live stream will be available for viewing at the same link location.

However, when the maximum number of guests are reached, those who would like to honor Patricia and show their support to her family may remain at the funeral home in your vehicle, where you can watch the live streamed service on your personal device (laptop, tablet or smartphone) or listen through a designated FM radio channel.

Interment will follow at Cottage Hill Cemetery in Celina, Texas.

So sorry to hear about Pat. Mama told me she talked to her a month or two ago and she was ready to go. Pat may have been ready to go, but I am sure the rest of the family wasn’t.
